Loader - Bug fixes
Fix common loader, login, download, update, runtime, and general error-code issues.

Before running the loader, install or repair these components:
After installing them, restart your PC and open the loader again.
First Checks
Do these before trying advanced fixes:
- Right-click the loader and choose Run as administrator.
- Make sure only one loader window is open.
- If another loader instance is already running, close it from Task Manager or restart your PC.
- Make sure your Windows date, time, and timezone are correct.
- If a download or server error appears, test another network or a VPN.
- If the product is marked unavailable or under maintenance, wait until it is enabled again.
Time / Synchronization Error
This usually means your Windows clock is incorrect or out of sync.
How to fix
- Open Settings > Time & Language.
- Enable Set time automatically.
- Select the correct timezone for your country.
- Click Sync now.
- Restart the loader.
If it still fails:
- Press
Win + R, typetimedate.cpl, and press Enter. - Open the Internet Time tab.
- Click Change settings.
- Change the server to
time.nist.gov. - Click Update Now.
HWID Doesn't Match
This means you are logging in from a different PC or Windows installation than the one registered to your account.
How to fix
- Log in to the website.
- Open your Dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Reset HWID.
- Open the loader and log in again.
Warning
Loader Doesn't Open
This is often caused by Windows graphics or security blocking the loader window.
How to fix
- Run the loader as administrator.
- Restart your PC.
- If you have an integrated GPU such as Intel UHD Graphics, open Device Manager > Display adapters, disable only the integrated GPU, and try again.
- If you only have one GPU listed, do not disable it. Open a ticket instead.
Crashing After Login
If the loader opens, logs in, then crashes shortly after, it is usually caused by a blocked download, network issue, or security software.
How to fix
- Fully disable Windows Defender using Defender Control:
- Download Defender Control
- Password:

- If you use a third-party antivirus such as Kaspersky, Avast, Norton, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, or McAfee, fully uninstall it.
- Try a VPN:
- Restart your PC and try again.
Bluescreen or Blackscreen When Starting the Loader
This is usually caused by third-party antivirus drivers or system-level security software.
How to fix
- Fully uninstall third-party antivirus software.
- Restart your PC.
- If the issue continues, use Revo Uninstaller or the antivirus vendor cleanup tool to remove leftover drivers.
- Open a ticket if it still happens after a clean restart.
Common Error Codes
Use the exact code shown in the loader popup.

9999 | Download stalled | Check internet, firewall, or VPN. Try another network or VPN and restart the loader. |
5001 | Auto-update failed | Download the latest loader manually from the website. |
1336 | Login failed | If the message is about the account, check credentials/account status. If it looks like network, try VPN or another connection. |
1333 | Remote content did not load | Check internet, VPN, firewall, and server status. |
1338 | Loader could not read required system information | Run as administrator, restart Windows, and check security software. |
1339 / 1340 | Product data did not load correctly | This is not usually fixable locally. Open a ticket with the code and screenshot. |
1341 | Local or remote resource failed | Restart the loader, update GPU drivers, and open a ticket if it repeats. |
1000 | Game protection update prompt was not completed | Follow the loader prompt carefully. If unsure, open a ticket before retrying. |
1001 | Vanguard is running when it should not be | Close Riot/Vanguard completely and restart your PC. |
1002 / 1003 | A required local system component could not start | Restart your PC, fully disable security software, and run the loader as administrator. |
1004 / 1005 | Required system or product file did not download | Check internet/VPN/firewall and try again. |
1006 | Game or anti-cheat was already open too early | Close the game and related services, restart the PC, then follow the injection guide order. |
1226 | Memory Integrity / HVCI is required for Valorant | Enable Memory Integrity if the loader asks for it, then restart your PC. |
1228 | Injection was interrupted | The game was closed, the user cancelled, or the process ended. Open the game and try again. |
2003 | Required helper did not start | Restart your PC, run the loader as administrator, and check security software. |
2004 / 2005 | Required system component did not prepare or download | Check security software, internet/VPN/firewall, then restart and try again. |
2007 | Game or system state was not valid | Close the game and conflicting services, restart the PC, then follow the guide order. |
2008 | Windows user is not an administrator | Use a Windows account with administrator privileges. |
2013 | Loader is not elevated | Right-click the loader and choose Run as administrator. |
2015 | Product configuration did not load | This is not usually fixable locally. Open a ticket with the code and product name. |
2020 / 2024 | CS2 was not fully ready | Open CS2 through Steam, wait until the menu is loaded, keep Steam overlay enabled, and try again. |
2021 / 2022 / 2023 / 2025 / 2026 | CS2 product startup failed | Restart CS2/Steam/PC. If it repeats, open a ticket with the code and screenshot. |
3001 / 3002 | Valorant peripheral software setup failed | Manually reinstall the required software, run as administrator, restart, and try again. |
3005 / 3006 | Valorant required software/device was not detected | Install/open the required software, connect the required device, restart, and try again. |
1098 / 1099 | Unexpected loader result | Support needs the screenshot, product name, time, and may ask for logs. |
Progress Codes
Some numbers are progress steps, not final errors. If the loader is still moving, wait.
Common progress ranges:
1319to1338: spoofing, cleaning, waiting for game/overlay, or final success depending on the product.2221to2224: product-specific preparation checks.2230to2233: FiveM display/readiness/startup steps.
If the loader stops for a long time or shows a final popup with an error code, use the matching section above.
Download or Connection Errors
These codes usually mean the loader could not download a required component:

How to fix
- Check if your internet is stable.
- Try a VPN or another network.
- Fully disable Windows Defender with Defender Control.
- Fully uninstall any third-party antivirus.
- Restart the loader as administrator.
- If the same code repeats, open a ticket with the code and screenshot.
What to Send Support
If you open a ticket, send:
- The exact error code.
- A screenshot of the full popup.
- The product you selected.
- What step you were on, for example login, download, inject, spoof, or cleaner.
- Whether you already restarted the PC and ran the loader as administrator.
