Loader - Bug fixes
Fix common loader, login, download, update, runtime, and general error-code issues.
Note
If a fix here doesn't work, open a ticket and send a screenshot of the popup plus the product you selected.
Requirements
Install these before opening the loader:
Restart your PC after installing both.
First Checks
Do these before anything else:
- Right-click the loader and choose Run as administrator.
- Make sure only one loader window is open (close extras from Task Manager).
- Check your Windows date, time, and timezone are correct.
- If the product shows as unavailable or under maintenance, wait until it's back.
Loader Doesn't Open
Usually a missing runtime or a graphics driver blocking the window.
- Confirm you installed both runtimes from Requirements and restarted.
- Run the loader as administrator.
- If you have an integrated GPU (e.g. Intel UHD Graphics), open Device Manager → Display adapters, disable only the integrated GPU, then try again.
- Don't disable your GPU if it's the only one listed — open a ticket instead.
Crashing After Login
The loader opens, logs in, then closes — almost always antivirus or a blocked download.
- Follow the Windows Security guide to disable Defender and any third-party antivirus.
- Try a VPN — some ISPs block our endpoints:
- Cloudflare WARP (free)
- Windscribe (free)
- Proton VPN (free)
- Restart your PC and open the loader again.
Bluescreen or Blackscreen
Almost always caused by leftover third-party antivirus drivers.
- Fully uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, Norton, Bitdefender, McAfee, ESET, etc.).
- Restart your PC.
- If it still happens, run the vendor's official removal tool to clear leftover drivers.
HWID Doesn't Match
Means you're logging in from a different PC or Windows install than the one on your account.
- Log in on the website.
- Open the Dashboard → Settings.
- Click Reset HWID.
- Open the loader and log in again.
Cooldown
HWID reset has a cooldown. If you've already used it, wait for the cooldown to end.
