Loader - Bug fixes

Fix common loader, login, download, update, runtime, and general error-code issues.

Requirements

Before running the loader, install or repair these components:

After installing them, restart your PC and open the loader again.

First Checks

Do these before trying advanced fixes:

  1. Right-click the loader and choose Run as administrator.
  2. Make sure only one loader window is open.
  3. If another loader instance is already running, close it from Task Manager or restart your PC.
  4. Make sure your Windows date, time, and timezone are correct.
  5. If a download or server error appears, test another network or a VPN.
  6. If the product is marked unavailable or under maintenance, wait until it is enabled again.

Time / Synchronization Error

This usually means your Windows clock is incorrect or out of sync.

How to fix

  1. Open Settings > Time & Language.
  2. Enable Set time automatically.
  3. Select the correct timezone for your country.
  4. Click Sync now.
  5. Restart the loader.

If it still fails:

  1. Press Win + R, type timedate.cpl, and press Enter.
  2. Open the Internet Time tab.
  3. Click Change settings.
  4. Change the server to time.nist.gov.
  5. Click Update Now.

HWID Doesn't Match

This means you are logging in from a different PC or Windows installation than the one registered to your account.

How to fix

  1. Log in to the website.
  2. Open your Dashboard.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Click Reset HWID.
  5. Open the loader and log in again.

Loader Doesn't Open

This is often caused by Windows graphics or security blocking the loader window.

How to fix

  1. Run the loader as administrator.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. If you have an integrated GPU such as Intel UHD Graphics, open Device Manager > Display adapters, disable only the integrated GPU, and try again.
  4. If you only have one GPU listed, do not disable it. Open a ticket instead.

Crashing After Login

If the loader opens, logs in, then crashes shortly after, it is usually caused by a blocked download, network issue, or security software.

How to fix

  1. Fully disable Windows Defender using Defender Control:
  2. If you use a third-party antivirus such as Kaspersky, Avast, Norton, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, or McAfee, fully uninstall it.
  3. Try a VPN:
  4. Restart your PC and try again.

Bluescreen or Blackscreen When Starting the Loader

This is usually caused by third-party antivirus drivers or system-level security software.

How to fix

  1. Fully uninstall third-party antivirus software.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. If the issue continues, use Revo Uninstaller or the antivirus vendor cleanup tool to remove leftover drivers.
  4. Open a ticket if it still happens after a clean restart.

Common progress ranges:

  • 2221 to 2224: product-specific preparation checks.
  • 2230 to 2233: FiveM display/readiness/startup steps.

If the loader stops for a long time or shows a final popup with an error code, use the matching section above.
