Fix common spoofer, cleaner, driver, security, and product-access issues.

Before Spoofing or Cleaning

Do this before running the spoofer or cleaner:

  1. Run the loader as administrator.
  2. Close games, launchers, and anti-cheats before starting.
  3. Fully disable Windows Defender using Defender Control:
  4. Fully uninstall third-party antivirus software.
  5. Restart your PC after changing security settings.

If the loader shows a warning about Vanguard, Faceit, HVCI, BitLocker, Windows Hello PIN, or Windows security, fix the warning first and restart.

FiveM Spoofer Option Is Locked

The base spoofer is free, but the FiveM spoofer option is paid.

To unlock the FiveM spoofer option, you need an active FiveM subscription on your account.

If you already have an active FiveM subscription and the option is still locked, open a ticket with:

  1. Your account email or username.
  2. A screenshot showing the locked FiveM spoofer option.
  3. Your active FiveM subscription/order information.

Error 4001 - Spoofer Download or Server Error

The spoofer could not download or load required remote data.

How to fix

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Try a VPN:
  3. Fully disable Windows Defender using Defender Control.
  4. Restart the loader as administrator.
  5. If it still fails, try again later or open a ticket.

Error 4002 - Driver Load Failed

The spoofer could not start a required local component. This is usually caused by Windows security, antivirus, HVCI, BitLocker, or another anti-cheat interfering.

How to fix

  1. Run the fixer app as administrator:
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Fully disable Windows Defender using Defender Control:
  4. Fully uninstall any third-party antivirus.
  5. Close Vanguard, Faceit, and other anti-cheats, then restart again.
  6. Try spoofing again.

Error 4003 - Driver Timeout

The spoofer waited for a local driver response, but it took too long.

How to fix

  1. Restart your PC.
  2. Close games, launchers, anti-cheats, and disk tools.
  3. Make sure BitLocker is disabled if the loader warns about it.
  4. Make sure HVCI/Memory Integrity is set the way the loader asks.
  5. Run the loader as administrator and try again.
  6. If it repeats, open a ticket with the code and screenshot.

Error 4004 - Unexpected Driver State

The spoofer received an unexpected local response.

How to fix

  1. Restart your PC.
  2. Close games, launchers, anti-cheats, and disk tools.
  3. Run the loader as administrator.
  4. Make sure Windows Defender and third-party antivirus are not blocking it.
  5. If the same code repeats, open a ticket with screenshot, product selected, and the exact step where it happened.

Error 3001 - Cleaner Download or Server Error

The cleaner could not download or load required remote data.

How to fix

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Try a VPN.
  3. Restart the loader as administrator.
  4. Try again later if the server is temporarily unavailable.

Error 3003 - Cleaner Failed

The cleaner could not complete a local cleanup operation.

How to fix

  1. Close FiveM, Steam, Discord, Rockstar Launcher, and any game launcher related to the product.
  2. Run the loader as administrator.
  3. Fully disable Windows Defender using Defender Control.
  4. Restart your PC and try again.
  5. If it still fails, open a ticket with a screenshot.

Error 4098 / 4099 / 3098 / 3099

The spoofer or cleaner ended without enough detail for a normal user-side fix.

What to do

Open a ticket and send:

  1. The exact code.
  2. A screenshot of the popup.
  3. Whether you were running spoof, cleaner, or both.
  4. Whether FiveM, Steam, Xbox, or another cleaner option was enabled.
  5. Whether you already restarted and ran as administrator.

Progress Codes

Some numbers shown during spoofing are progress steps, not errors. Examples include cleaning FiveM traces, spoofing disks, spoofing network, cleaning system, or finishing successfully.

Common progress codes include 1319 to 1338. These can mean the loader is cleaning traces, spoofing a selected component, or finishing successfully depending on the current step.

If the loader keeps moving, wait. If it stops for a long time or shows a final popup with an error code, use the matching error section above.
