Refund Policy
All purchases are final
All purchases made through Ambani are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns or credits will be issued.
Billing concerns
If a charge looks incorrect, contact support first with your account name, order context, payment method and transaction details. Support can review billing concerns and explain the policy that applies.
Support review does not create a promise of a refund, credit, chargeback exception or subscription extension.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Terms of Service exclusions
- Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase.
- Failure to use or access the purchased product.
- In-game bans, suspensions or penalties from third-party platforms.
- Change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase.
- Account suspension due to violation of the Terms of Service.
- Technical issues on the user's side, including hardware or software incompatibility.
- Temporary service downtime, scheduled maintenance or update windows.
- Detection events or product updates that temporarily affect availability.
Payment disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support is treated as a violation of the Terms of Service.
Billing Questions

Contact support before escalating to a dispute. Include enough context for staff to identify the payment and account involved.
