Support Scope

What support can help with

  • Account access, login or dashboard questions.
  • Subscription, key or product access checks.
  • Setup requirements and product-specific guidance.
  • Payment confirmation and billing questions.
  • Product status, maintenance and update visibility.
  • Policy questions about refunds, risk and account responsibility.

What to include

Include your account name, product name, payment context, current product status, setup details and any error message. Do not include passwords or sensitive payment data in public channels.

Support Limits

Support cannot change the Terms of Service

Support can explain policy and review billing context, but it cannot promise a result that conflicts with the Terms of Service.

Support must not promise refunds, credits, chargeback exceptions, detection guarantees, ban reversals or subscription extensions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your account security, your machine setup and any consequences from using Ambani products. Game updates, anti-cheat systems and third-party account actions are outside Ambani control.
